Business Process Analyst
On behalf of our client, a financial services business, Swisslinx are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their growing project team in Schwyz, Switzerland.
Responsibilities will include:
-Support & perform Private Markets process engineering and subsequently business requirements analysis
-Business process modelling, process analysis, engineering and documenting capability and standards
-Facilitate process workshops to elicit process requirements
-Liaise with process owners and participants to manage process change
-Document processes using business process modelling notations (BPMN, CMMN, DMN)
-Drive assigned improvement, changes and efficiency gains
-Support the interaction of business and IT
The successful candidate will bring:
-University degree in information technology, business administration or equivalent
-Experience in Private Markets; masters or post graduate in Banking & Finance is considered a plus
-Working experience in financial services company or with a leading consulting firm, previous experience in asset management is a plus
-Demonstrated ability in process engineering
-Proven business analysis skills
-Driven personality with eagerness to solve problems and improve processes
-Self-motivated and ability to work independently
-Fluency in English; German a plus
-Excellent presentation and communication (orally and written) skills
