As a successful candidate you will be joining the IT Financial Controlling team and supporting the IT Procurement Manager. Your main focus would be to support the team in the different aspects of IT procurement and IT contract management.
About our client
Our client is an international (re)insurer. This is a part-time contracting opportunity based in Zurich for 6 months initially with the potential to extend thereafter.
Your mission
- Support the IT Procurement Manager in supporting the different aspects of IT procurement and IT contract management
- Review of contract and contract related documents
- Creating drafts of legal documents as needed
- Involvement in RfP / RfI processes
- Handling of contract renewals (both the procurement and the management / administration part)
- Interaction with 3rd parties
Your background
- 5+ years of experience in the IT Procurement / IT Contract Management area
- English a must, German is nice to have
- Ability to respond timely to requests
