Senior IT Business Analyst

On behalf of our client, a leading bank, Swisslinx are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month initial contract in Zurich.

This individual with contribute to the fast-paced and collaborative environment and drive the Product Delivery and Transformation initiatives forward.

Responsibilities will include:
-Developing end to end workflow solutions within the front-office, compliance, and risk areas of the bank
-Re-engineer complex processes and procedures to gain effectiveness
-Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement new solutions
-Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with senior stakeholders
-Performing requirements analysis and creating user stories from complex requirements
-Writing test scripts and performing different levels of testing

The successful candidate will bring:
-Extensive experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst within financial services
-Proven experience working on global transformation initiatives within banking
-Excellent understanding and proven experience of working closely with product owners in agile environments
-Strong experience with IT platforms and ability to translate clients needs into user stories
-Experience contributing to projects within the regulatory, compliance, or risk areas within financial services industry
-Excellent organizational skills and you can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
high level of accuracy
-Outstanding communication skills in English
