On behalf of our client, a private Swiss bank, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Workday Business Analyst to contribute to the new HR business solution.
This role will involve:
-Business Analysis relating to core Workday modules
-Maintaining the technical HR hotline
-Strong collaboration with technical Workday SMEs
-Provide professional HR services with high customer service orientation
-Troubleshooting
-Analysis of data discrepancies and improvement of data quality
The successful candidate will have:
-Extensive experience as an HR Business Analyst within large organizations
-Profound knowledge of Workday – specifically across the following modules:
-Workday HCM
-Workday Recruiting
-Workday Learning
-Analytical and networked thinking and high resilience
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Intercultural competence and previous experience working with different cultures
-Strong coordination and organization skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook tools
