Job description
- Work within an Agile delivery environment using two-week sprints, taking end-to-end ownership of design, development, testing, and deployment of new features.
- Lead the greenfield development of a manual data management application in Palantir Foundry.
- Design and implement functionality for structured data uploads, template-based data capture, validation, storage, role-based access control (RBAC), approval workflows, and submissions to external providers.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate evolving requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines across Master Data Management (MDM), Palantir Foundry, and external systems.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, validation, governance, auditability, and end-to-end traceability.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions, and implementation best practices.
- Integrate enterprise systems through APIs and external interfaces.
- Partner with subject matter experts, internal technology teams, and external implementation partners to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and production releases.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical blockers while maintaining close collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and senior business stakeholders.
- Ensure all solutions align with established enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
Requirements
- Palantir Foundry, including Workshop and Contour
- Designing and building workflow-driven applications with RBAC, approval workflows, audit trails, versioning, and governance
- Data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and data modelling (ADM, datasets, schemas)
- Python, PySpark, and SQL for scalable data and application development
- System integrations via APIs and interfaces
- A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with strong ownership and execution skills
