About the client
Our client is a leading organisation within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will combine strong Salesforce architecture expertise with a solid understanding of Wealth Management and Sales Management. This is a “player-coach” position, balancing strategic architecture and governance with hands-on configuration and implementation.
Project Overview- Location: Zurich
- Work model: Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week, remaining days remote
- Duration: 6+ months
- Language: Fluent English; German is a significant advantage
Job description
- Design scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and platform architectures
- Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce capabilities
- Lead solution design, data modelling, integrations and automation
- Develop and configure Salesforce Flows, dashboards and analytics
- Promote Salesforce standard functionality and industry best practices
- Provide architectural governance while actively supporting delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior management
- Drive platform adoption and measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of Salesforce experience, including senior Solution or Technical Architect responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, configuration and implementation
- Proven Wealth Management and Sales Management experience
- Financial services background, ideally within banking, asset management or insurance
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, automation, data architecture, analytics and dashboarding
- Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds, Industry Blueprints and preferably Financial Services Cloud
- Exposure to Data Cloud, CRM Analytics or Tableau Next is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are a strong advantage
- Fluent English; German is a significant plus
