Job description
- Gather and translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Review and align application functionality with business needs
- Ensure applications are secure, compliant, and up to date
- Configure, customize, and maintain applications and related systems
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external providers
- Support daily operations, ensuring stability and availability
- Contribute to project delivery and continuous improvements
- Explore new technologies and propose innovative solutions
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to standards
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Application Management and IT System Engineering
- Strong background in system engineering and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Application Lifecycle Management (deploy, configure, optimize, upgrade, troubleshoot, backup/restore)
- Solid knowledge of networking, databases, application deployment, IT security, and client-server environments
- Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional environments with a focus on process improvement
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of GxP environments
- Proven stakeholder management skills across business and IT
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
