We are looking for an experienced CAPEX Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects in a GMP-regulated environment. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project activities are planned and executed efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.

• Lead the planning and coordination of CAPEX project activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Ensure project deliverables are developed, reviewed, approved and executed according to schedule requirements
• Monitor timelines, budgets and project risks to ensure projects remain on track
• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Ensure project execution complies with applicable quality standards and regulatory expectations in GMP environments
• Support efficient project execution in capacity-constrained environments

• Experience managing CAPEX or engineering projects in regulated industries
• Strong project management experience within GMP-regulated environments
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required
