About the client

We're looking for a Detailed Scheduler to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Stein. In this role, you'll support the site supply planning team by coordinating inbound material flows, maintaining planning data in SAP, and ensuring production requirements are aligned across multiple stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supply chain planning experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Requirements

  • Coordinate inbound Drug Substance (DS) and CSTM shipments to the Stein manufacturing site to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
  • Create Purchase Orders (FOC) for Drug Substance and CSTM materials.
  • Maintain demand forecasts, tracking files, MRP data, VSCI and CSTM planning information.
  • Transfer and maintain customer demand, APS forecasts and technical trial demand in SAP.
  • Support the Detailed Planner and Site Supply Planner with weekly operations meeting preparation.
  • Create process orders and ensure SAP master data readiness before production release (BOMs, production versions).
  • Ensure accurate material demand planning and BOM review.
  • Maintain and update supply chain KPIs together with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production planning and material availability.

Competences

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning or detailed scheduling within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is essential.
  • Good understanding of supply chain planning processes and SAP planning.
  • Experience with MRP, production planning and demand management.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Technical affinity with the ability to understand manufacturing processes.
  • Native German and professional-level English.
  • Excellent communication skills with a structured, organised and proactive way of working.
