IT Project & Delivery Manager

The role is with a well-established, foundation-owned international investment group based in Switzerland. The company is currently going through a major IT transformation as it continues to grow through acquisitions and expansion. They're harmonising their IT landscape, modernising internal systems and standardising processes across the group. The culture is very international, collaborative and down-to-earth, with a strong focus on long-term thinking.

• Lead and coordinate strategic IT transformation and digital workplace initiatives
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders across international locations
• Drive project planning, governance, risk management, reporting and executive communication
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements and support process improvements
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new IT solutions and standardized processes

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or IT Delivery Manager
• Proven track record delivering complex IT transformation, infrastructure or digital workplace projects
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and cross-functional team management skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence is highly desirable
• Excellent project planning, governance, risk and communication skills
• Fluent English with experience working in international and multicultural environments
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is an advantage
