Procurement Data Manager / Analyst (EMEA) 100%

Support the global Source-to-Pay transformation by ensuring purchasing data is collected, governed and reported in line with regulatory and risk frameworks. Working closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, TPRM, Outsourcing, Legal and IT, you will translate data stewardship standards into consistent, high-quality data management practices across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

• Support the Head of Procurement Data & Performance in defining, implementing and maintaining end-to-end standards for procurement data, ensuring high-quality data collection, governance and reporting.
• Drive the application of master data standards and governance within SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Business Partner records for suppliers and customers.
• Standardise the collection and management of supplier, commercial and engagement data to improve consistency across procurement processes.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of key procurement data objects, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, contract schedules, standing payments and related commercial conditions.
• Help embed robust data ownership, stewardship and quality control practices across systems supporting the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of addressable spend reporting, providing reliable data and insights to support strategic procurement decisions.

✅ Degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Management, Data Science, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field

✅ Proven experience in procurement data management, data governance and quality control

✅ Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba, including master data and commercial object configuration

✅ Strong understanding of data models, integrations and interconnected enterprise systems

✅ Experience implementing data standards and governance frameworks

✅ Knowledge of metadata management, onboarding workflows and questionnaire-driven tools

✅ Experience with procurement reporting, spend analytics and operational support

✅ Familiarity with procurement master data in regulated industries (financial services is highly advantageous)

✅ Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
