About the client

As a Team Lead Project Management, you will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering business and digital transformation initiatives across a corporate services environment. You will oversee the project portfolio from demand intake through delivery, act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT, and ensure projects deliver measurable business value. This role combines people leadership, strategic stakeholder management, and hands-on project delivery.

Job description

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers
  • Manage a portfolio of business and digital transformation projects from intake to delivery
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT
  • Drive project governance, prioritization, business case development and portfolio planning
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and executive management
  • Lead strategic initiatives, including benefit realization assessments for enterprise applications
  • Prepare executive presentations, steering committee materials and management reports
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and service delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives

Requirements

Must-haves

  • Higher technical school or university degree
  • 5–7 years of Project Management experience in a similar environment
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership/people management experience with a proven track record
  • PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA certification
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior management/executives
  • Experience managing project portfolios, demand intake, business cases and governance
  • Experience delivering projects with a digital/IT component and working closely with IT teams
  • Service delivery mindset
  • Good understanding/affinity of IT applications, vendors and digital services
  • Professional English is mandatory; German is an advantage

Nice to have

  • Experience with IWMS/Planon or similar enterprise applications
  • Experience in Corporate Services / Facilities / Workplace Management
  • Experience with executive presentations and steering committees
  • Process improvement and business transformation experience
  • Knowledge of data analysis, dashboards and reporting
  • Experience working in large international/global organizations
