Senior Project Manager - Luxembourg (80-100%)

Our client is an established international organisation within the private banking sector. The company provides sophisticated financial services to private clients and is currently strengthening its digital client onboarding capabilities.

• Lead the implementation of a new client onboarding solution
• Collect, structure and prioritise business requirements
• Prepare clear business specifications
• Define acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done
• Coordinate non-functional requirements
• Collect and coordinate test cases
• Manage project planning, steering and progress tracking
• Collaborate with business, IT and other key stakeholders

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in banking
• Strong knowledge of client onboarding processes
• Experience in requirements engineering and business specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent and structured working approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Business-fluent English (C1/C2)
