On behalf of our client, a private Swiss bank, Swisslinx are looking for an Application and Hardware Supporter to troubleshoot and support on a user and server level.
Responsibilities will include:
• Support IT and Trading systems (both Software and Hardware)
• Respond do call to actions in a timely and professional manner
• On-call duty
The successful candidate will bring:
• 3+ years of experience in Banking/Finance or similar environment
• Experience in a Support role in a Banking / Finance environment
• Strong Knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft environment, especially software installation and administration tasks
• Knowledge of Products traded in Markets (FX, EQ, Options, Structured Products)
• Knowledge of PC and Server Hardware
• Experience of Incident Tracking software (HPSM, JIRA Professional experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Excellent communication skills in German and English are mandatory
