On behalf of our client, an international private equity firm in DIFC, Swisslinx Middle East is looking for Legal Associate / VP to support the company all Legal related matters in UAE and also internationally. The candidate can be based in UAE or work remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Draft and review all legal documentation for the firm
• Manage all legal tasks related to the portfolio of companies
• Contractual reviews/ shares purchase agreements, Non-disclosure agreements
• Cross-border legal assistance for all transactions, funds incorporations in DIFC
Your background:
• Legal experience in private equity, top investment bank or international law firm
• Interest in technology sector, fin-tech
• Ability to commit to remote work to cover both UAE and US markets (European working days and flexibility to work on both Sundays and Fridays / late working hours)
