On behalf of our client, a reputed international FX brokerage firm, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their office in the ADGM.
As a CEO, your responsibility will be to develop and grow the company presence in the region through networking and onboarding new HNW and Institutional clients from your network as well as establishing a successful sales team.
The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in FX brokerage sector in UAE
• Experience in managing and developing a successful sales team
• Ability to demonstrate your own portfolio of transferable HNW and Institutional clients in the region
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to commute to Abu Dhabi at least 3 days a week once the situation is stable
