Our Client is looking for a Construction Manager to support the expansion of international operations.
Requirements
- Part-take in International Infrastructure tenders
- Supervision of Construction projects in various fields of civil engineering
- Ensure that work is completed and reaches company standards
- Responsible for technical management of construction site personnel
- Cost Control and P&L management
- Coordinate with Planners, specialist and stakeholders
- Manage project construction based in head office
Skills
- Over 10 years of professional experience in construction management and independent handling of construction projects
- Completed studies in Civil Engineering - UAS/ TU
- Good knowledge of ARRIBA / RIB iTWO
- Willing to travel on site with short notice
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience on rail and road projects will be an advantage
