On behalf of our client, a leading and multinational firm in the area of biotechnology, Swisslinx is seeking an Electrical and Automation Site Leader.
Your mission:
- Manage a team of electrical technicians: delegate tasks, oversee performance, recruit talent as needed, establish team objectives and KPIs, ensure team is adequately trained
- Accountable for objectives and ensuring compliance on a company, regional and national level
- Support the completion of the construction project and participate in the validation
- Draw up SOP and be the point of contact with regulatory bodies – facilitating inspections
- Oversight of Electrical / FMS / BMS systems
- Responsible for change – specification, documentation and qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
Your Background:
- Education in Engineering
- Strong experience in a related function, as a supervisor
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment – biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical
- Worked for construction projecst / electrical maintenance / metrology / instrumentation / electrical installation
- Fluent in German and English
