- Assistant to Directors and several members of the teams
- Ad hoc administrative task include calendar management, travel booking, office management, meeting and event preparation, email correspondence as well as expense management
- Create excel reports as well as taking minutes and handling correspondence
- Relevant education or qualifications
- Experience in corporate environment
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point and administrative systems
- Flexible, highly structured and organized
- Fluency in English and French is a must
