For our client, an International firm within the Energy industry, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a HSE Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategy focused on the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure that the company is aligned to all restrictions
• Implement all procedures and policies related to the Covid-19 rules and regulations in both Russian and English
• Ensure all the rules are adhered to by the staff by doing daily, weekly and monthly routine checks
• Implement all measures at the office to ensure the limitation of the spread of the Covid-19
• Assist with any other Occupational Health issues that should arise at the office
• Writing and implementing all Health and Medical Insurance Policies and procedures for the company in both Russian and English
Education and Experience:
• Diploma in Health and Social Care
• Proven working experience as a Medical nurse or assistant
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficient in Russian and English languages
