Swisslinx is currently supporting a trusted client within Financial Services in securing a Legal Counsel to join their legal team in the Zurich area.
In this role, you will work directly with the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel and cover a diverse set of legal areas including corporate law, data protection law, commercial and company law, consumer protection law and labour law.
Your mission
- Draft and review contracts in some of the above areas
- Collaborate with business teams and review marketing materials
- Liaise with various regulatory authorities
- Provide legal advisory to business teams
- Contribute to ongoing projects and template creation
Your background
- 5+ years of legal experience gained in Banking in Switzerland
- Native German speaker and fluent in English essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a team orientated attitude
- High attention to detail, independent and focussed in the approach to your work
