Change Manager
On behalf of our client, a Private Swiss Bank, Swisslinx are looking for a Change Manager with PMO experience for a 5 month contract in Zurich.
Tasks will include:
-Detail the high-level project plan and provide project management office services (i.e. connecting the dots & pro-activity instead of mere tracking)
-Participate in meetings with team members and task members to determine progress of work and identify additional follow up needs.
-Apply a structured methodology and conduct change management activities in support of our program, evaluate and ensure user readiness
-Provide visibility to program, functional level status, issues, risks & costs to senior management
-Drive the development and implementation of global, internal and external communications for the program
-Provide change communications, issues management, and executive communications counsel to senior leaders
-Define and lead the transformation governance
The successful candidate will bring:
-A strong background as a PMO and Change Manager supporting end to end projects within the financial services industry
-Experience working on international projects and coordinating between regions
-Strong team player with cross-cultural communications experience and aiming towards successful collaboration with all levels within the organization
-Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
-Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from team leads to senior management
-Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure
-Analytical thinker, with ability to solve poorly defined problems
