We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our global product team. Your role will be primarily concerned with the user experience improvements of our web and mobile platforms. You will work as part of cross-functional Agile teams, working closely with Product Owners, Technology and client-facing stakeholders to design and deliver market differentiating UX solutions. While user experience is the primary focus, visual design should also be your strong side.

This is a permanent opportunity.
Your mission
- Working within the product team to define the customers' and the business problems
- Always researching and bringing forward new findings and insights
- Wire-framing and prototyping to validate the design solutions
- Running user testing workshops and guerrilla testing
- Building high-fidelity designs
- Working within and contributing to the design language system
- Preparing your work for development handover
- Participating in ongoing design reviews and iterations during the sprint
- Identifying success metrics
- Always keeping in mind our users/customers and their interests
Your background
- 3+ years of experience in designing world-class complex commercial digital products in-house
- A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android and web platforms
- Clearly articulate design decisions
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- The ability to understand technical implications of your design decisions
- The ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the team
- Strong UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
- Clean visual design sense
- Skills in typography and grids
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience working in agile/scrum remote teams is highly desirable
- Experience working in fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with financial UX or other regulated environments
- Technical higher education: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Some experience in programming and ability to code simple prototypes
- Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems
