Swisslinx is seeking an experienced project finance Legal professional to join our client within the renewable energy industry. This is an interim position for 6 months, contract renewal is possible. The tasks can be completed remotely and applicants do not need to be based in France.
Your mission:
- Contribute to and participate in legal negotiations and review financing documents and agreements
- Ensure all questions are addressed related to due diligence processes being carried out by lenders
- Successfully collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Identify legal risks and obstacles to the project
Your background:
- 4+ years legal experience within project finance within the energy sector
- Business fluency in English, additional languages a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to contribute with remote teams
- Analytical, focussed and high attention to detail
- Available to start a new project in January 2021
