About our client
For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in Valais, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as Project Support. This is a contract position for at least 1 year with the possibility for extension.
Your mission:
- Develop and maintain Project Share point to establish strong processes for administrative aspects of the project (communication center for internal team and external partners, meeting minutes, actions list, ….)
- Organize internal as well as external workshops and support team members to establish agendas, meeting minutes, actions lists,…)
- Responsible for internal project tasks in order to relieve the Network Leads workload
- Participate to the preparation of the project reporting (charts for KPIs, collection of information
The ideal candidate:
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in Document Management Systems
- Good knowledge MS Office
- Fluent in English and German is a must
