- Handle financial reporting and budgeting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for Swiss and German entities
- Preparation of TAX and VAT returns
- Cash management and cash flow forecasting
- Intercompany reconciliations and maintaining accounting records
- Report to senior management and preparing for shareholder meetings
- Relevant educational background in Finance and Accounting
- 2-5 years' experience within financial controlling/accounting as well as Swiss GAAP
- Some experience within real estate/property management
- Great analytical and interpersonal skills while able to work independently
- Tech savvy with competence in Excel and Sage
- Strong communication skills In English as well as German or French
