A leading global American boutique Investment Bank are looking to strengthen their team based in Munich with the addition of a Senior M&A Analyst, supporting corporate finance transactions across the TMT sectors. The Senior Analyst will contribute across all phases of deal execution and a broad range of varying transaction types, including M&A, Debt and Equity financing.

- Support senior team members in the execution of all projects and processes, including business development, with considerable client facing exposure. Debt and Equity financing as well as M&A transactions
- Conduct pitch drafts, deal material preparation, presentation management, financial modelling and analyses amongst others
- Conduct financial valuations and analyses, provides oversight and framework for deals through financial modelling and due diligence
- Supervises and supports Junior Analyst and Intern work materials, providing guidance
- Interacts with client senior executive teams, providing a lead role in deal organisation, process tracking and due diligence
- Assist senior team members with outreach during marketing phase, including significant and direct interactions with private equity firms, lenders and strategic buyers

- 1-2 years of M&A Advisory / Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience
- Strong analytical and accounting ability, skilled in financial modelling and due diligence
- Superb work ethic and passion for M&A / Investment Banking, previous TMT sector experience is advantageous
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
