As a successful candidate you will be joining a strategic project to harmonize and optimize global service delivery processes. For this project we are looking for a senior candidate to lead the process stream. This is a 6 month contracting opportunity with one of our established Financial Tech Clients starting as soon as possible with the possibility to extend thereafter.
Your mission
- Complete the analysis deck for current processes
- Define & document target processes according to industry best practices
- Lead the project stream independently and support implementation of the target processes globally
Your background
- Senior process and project management skills in Service Delivery management
- Experience in the financial industry
- Confident to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in English
- ITIL certification is a plus
