On behalf of our client, an established Swiss Asset Manager, Swisslinx is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to strengthen the team based in Zurich. This is a very broad role where you will get the chance to work directly with the COO and Head of Investment Operations as well as receive insights into the exciting field of Private Equity and Asset Management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review fund valuations & reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy with respect to accounting process and investment vehicles
- Ensure trade support & settlement for all investment teams
- Review investor flows and notify portfolio managers
- Review Private Equity funds' valuations and actively participate in funds' audits
- Collection and automation of non-standard pricing
- Coordinate process description with other business areas
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in asset management
- Ideally previous experience within Private Equity or Healthcare
- Highly motivated and ready to go above and beyond
- Quick learner with an analytical mind-set
- Full professional proficiency in English
