For our client, one one of the largest asset managers worldwide, we are currently looking for a proactive and outgoing IT supporter.

Your main tasks will include:
- Resolving requests and incidents, assigning tasks to 2nd level support
- Working on the queue and freeing up resources on the team to work on other tasks
- Supporting 450 local users, occasional support of international users

These skills make you the ideal candidate:
- Familiar with financial industry and related processes is nice to have but not essential
- Working in large scale support environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Windows 10
