The finance department is looking for a skilled Accounting and Administration Manager to strength their team. In this diverse role, you will work closely with senior management and will be able to make an impact in various areas of the business.
-Responsible for the full scope of accounting and reporting activities including budgeting and annual statutory financial statements
-Audit preparation, organization of meetings and answering audit request
-Prepare annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP
-Management the statutory process of the Company
-Responsible for cash management and financial planning
-Responsible for indirect and direct tax returns
-Creating and optimising operational processes, ensuring these are accurately documented with formal policies and procedures
-Education in Accounting or Finance, Accounting qualification a plus
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting position in Financial Services is a must
-In-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP and Swiss VAT is a must
-Exposure within an international firm
-Sound knowledge of direct and indirect taxes
-Fluent in English. German or French would be an advantage
-Team orientated and adaptable working style
