On behalf of our client, a pioneering technology leader with a comprehensive offering for the digital industries, Swisslinx is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a short notice in the greater Zurich area.
Your mission:
- Invoice bookings with or without purchase order
- Setting up new suppliers
- Dealing with accounts payable queries
- Closing activities
- Validation and maintenance of invoices
Your profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
- Knowledge in SAP is must, Basware/Kofax are beneficial
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
