Our client is an international Energy company.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a flexible and service oriented Administrative Assistant to join their HR team and be responsible for HR and more general administrative duties.

Your mission

- Assisting with general administration and office management tasks
- Handling emails and general correspondence
- Performing HR administrative related tasks such as writing reference letters, maintaining employee files up to date, taking care of the on- and off boarding process, scheduling interviews
- Organizing and coordinating travel arrangements, meetings and events
- Managing and processing expenses

Your background

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role working for international companies
- Relevant education background
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Fluent in German and English
