- A wide range of administrative tasks including staff and budget administration as well as information management with both internal and external collaboration
- Senior management support and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Support the coordination of publication services, including processing and formatting
- Project support across the entire bank
- Educational background or training in business, hospitality services, or two-year secretarial diploma
- Prior administrative or secretarial experience within Financial Services in a large multinational company preferred.
- Great technical skills with experience in platforms such as SharePoint and WebEx, as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Flexible, proactive, reliable, highly structured and organized with an international mindset
- Fluent English is a must. German and other languages advantageous
