Swisslinx is currently seeking an experienced and committed Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract at a leading, international bank in Zurich.
As a successful candidate you contribute to the following tasks:
- Provide support to the team by coordinating meetings, maintain documentation, internal and external correspondence, monitoring of team inbox, ordering supplies, expense reporting
- Contribute to client meeting preparation and events
- Maintaining and updating of relevant databases
- Support team projects and assignments
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes
Your background:
- Educational background or training in business, hospitality services, or two-year secretarial diploma
- Prior administrative or secretarial experience within Financial Services in a large multinational company preferred.
- Flexible, reliable, highly structured and organized with a proactive mind-set
- Quick learner with a dynamic and energetic personality paired with good IT Skills within Microsoft Office
- Fluent English and German and other languages advantageous
