On behalf of our client, a Reputable Private Swiss Bank, we are currently looking for Actico Rule Engine Specialist to join the team on a long term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Business Rule Engine Lifecycle upgrade to Actico 9.0 (move to new application setup including source repository, build and deployment setup, redesign of role and access right definition)
- Business Rule Restructuring Project (reorganize business rule projects and underlying repository and modules)
- Support of colleague with rule project developments
Skills required:
-Good knowledge of Actico Rule Engine

-Familiar with build tool Jenkins and repository manager Nexus
-Familiar with Java container JBOSS and Linux server stack
-Very good understanding of software development/ customization processes
-Experience in application management
-Experience in 2nd/3rd level support
-Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
- Fluency in English OR German
Preferred but not essential :
-Senior Java developer background
-Knowledge in financial sector resp. specific business knowledge is a plus (e.g. advisory, portfolio management, trading)
-Willingness to continue with an internal position
