Business Analyst
On behalf of our client, a global fund manager, Swisslinx are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract working closely with the business stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver innovative Web and CRM solution.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders, development teams and suppliers to gather, document and prioritise new requirements
- Create complex reports and dashboards
- Identify opportunities for optimisation of business processes and more effective use of systems
- Support system and integration testing
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate users testing and sign off
- Prepare users’ documentation and support user training
- Provide day by day support to the relevant business teams
- Investigate reported issues and help identify their root cause
Technical skills:
- Previous experience working as a Business analyst
- Ability to run SQL queries and analyse the data
- Experience creating reports for Stakeholders
- Act as the interface between the Business and IT teams
- Previous experience working with Tableau tool is advantageous
