Swisslinx is currently looking for a motivated Business Manager for a permanent opportunity in Zug, Switzerland with a global technology company developing cutting-edge medical devices.
Your tasks and mission
-Spearheading projects with both a technology and business focus
-Leading business transformation projects
-Driving a Salesforce implementation project aimed at redefining how customer data is captured
-Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Your background
-You are a Commercial Manager, Project Manager, or have held a similar position with proven experience delivering on both business and technical projects, as well as large-scale business transformations
-A technical degree would be beneficial (ex. Computer Science, IT, Business Information, etc.)
-Prior experience working with Salesforce is mandatory
-You have proven experience working with large, diverse teams—experience working with offshore teams would be an additional plus
-A strong commercial and business acumen is essential
-Experience within the medical device industry would be a plus, as would product launch experience
-You are fluent in English
