About our client
For our fast-growing client within the Energy field based in Zug, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as an Business Development Manager.
This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, developing and overseeing overall business development strategy
- Increasing client base, negotiating with stakeholders and identifying business opportunities
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met
- Training personnel and helping team memberes develop their skills
Ideal Background:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function
- A flexible, resilient personality with good organizational skills and independent decision making
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Russian is an absolute must
