Zurich – Home office: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH
Your responsibilities:
• Creating and managing detailed requirements analysis and specifications asset management and investment advice in private banking areas
• Focusing on Business Engineering / Analysis to implementa process automation
• Preparating and implementating workshops and refinements with stakeholders
• Define interface adaptations, data modeling, application-specific configurations
• Elaborating and implementating of functional and non-functional tests
• Preparating decision templates for management
• Ensuring active and transparent communication with stakeholders in overarching
departments and cooperative collaboration with IT teams
• Designing adaptive training materials and user documentation
Languages (compulsory for this roles):
• German – Advanced or Native
• English - Fluent
Your profile:
• Advanced degree in banking/finance or business administration or similar
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst BA / Business Engineer BE implementing
complex IT projects within the banking industry
• Proven implementation skills and experience in working with with Agile / Scrum
teams on the IT side, knowledge of Essential SAFe is an advantage
• Fast learner and strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Technical skills in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, SQL
