For one of our long-standing clients in the Pharma space, Swisslinx is seeking a seasoned Business Process Excellence and Compliance Leader, who will join a global team as an Associate Director. In this dynamic and challenging environment, the ideal candidate will be accountable for leading and enhancing activities within Global Regulatory Affairs.
Your responsibilities:
-Identify opportunities to improve operational capability and performance that will apply to Global Regulatory Affairs processes
-Continuously manage the performance of GRA processes by creating target performance levels, reporting processes and dashboards across teams
-Engage with different internal stakeholders to ensure global process effectiveness and continuous improvement as well as best practices
-Monitor stakeholders’ management satisfaction with regards to GRA performance
-Ensure compliance in core GRA processes
Your background:
-The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Alternatively, in Science or Business
-A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a leading business process management role, preferably gained in the pharma industry
-Significant hands-on experience in process and performance management, continuous improvement and quality assurance
-Project management experience as well as the ability to lead a team
-Solid experience working across teams and functions
-Flawless communication skills in English
