Our client is an international supply chain company.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a hands-on and business oriented Business Process Officer/Specialist with strong SAP SD experience to join their growing team in Zug.
Your mission
- Design the integration of processes between the business and IT
- Gather business requirements and design complex process flows
- Map business requirements of current and future business flows and enhance capabilities of the user experiences in the system
- Support project execution (UAT) through maintaining business rule documentation, tracking task completion reports and updating project status
- Research, analyse and recommend improvements of business processes
- Study operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct workshops and training to internal stakeholders
Your background
- 3-4 years of extensive work experience in business process management
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and in using continuous process improvement methodologies
- University Degree in Business or Management Engineering or similar
- High SAP SD and MM proficiency, SAP FI knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in SharePoint, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
- Solid interpersonal and communications skills
- Fluency in English
