Within a highly collaborative and diverse team of 5 developers you will join a strategically crucial transformation program. It’s an exciting time to join a greenfield project at the same time as the team adopts more Micro Services and containerization principles.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as SW Developer
- Solid experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise systems

- Solid knowledge of design and integration patterns, in particular event-driven architecture
- Solid knowledge of multi-tier architectures, micro- services and DDD
- A passion for clean code, software craftsmanship and automated testing (TDD a plus), and the ability to impart this knowledge to others;
- Ability to take the initiative and organize own work; flexibility; service orientation; ability to perform under pressure against tight deadlines
- Good problem solving and root cause analysis approach
- An open mind: someone who will enjoy the exposure to different experts and areas both within and outside the organization, and continually improve, learn and adapt with the team context
- Excellent team player and ability to collaborate with team members and business counterparts
- Fluency in English
The following skills would be very much desired:
- Experience in the banking industry, ideally in asset management and/or Front Office or Risk Management, as well as knowledge of financial instruments and of asset management
- Knowledge of new technology and modern trends such as containers (e.g. OpenShift), Kafka, API Gateway, relational and non-relational databases (e.g. HDFS)
- Experience with modern CI/CD Pipelines
Please note due to COVID interviews would be conducted remotely, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland (our client offers a WFH during the pandemic).
