About our client
For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in Basel, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role in their Clinical department. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.
This is a contract position for at least 12 months.
Your mission:
- Responsible for continuous improvement of quality, data integrity and general regulatory requirements across Global Clinical Development
- Support establishment and strategic development of the clinical risk management group
- Lead cross-functional teams in data-driven root cause analyses
- Track progress of mitigation plans and their implementation for cross-functional risks
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the Healthcare & Life Sciences field
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical trials and operations
- Advanced knowledge of clinical documentation and best practices
- Ability to work independently under pressure of time in a complex environment
