For one of our clients, an international company that provides innovative and digital solutions for financial services, Swisslinx is seeking a Compliance Leader with a deep understanding of all compliance related topics, processes and regulations relevant to Swiss banks.
Your responsibilities:
-Support the development of a new compliance service solution for Swiss Banks
-Serve as the main point of contact for KYC and AML matters and processes and defining the need for external support when needed
-Supervise operational teams and keep track of the tool-related processes and its functionalities
Your background:
-Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or Finance
-Solid experience in internal compliance within Financial Services
-Project management experience and proven track record in leading a compliance team
-Fluency in both German and English
