On behalf of a client, an international developer, investor, and contractor of infrastructure projects, Swisslinx is seeking a Contract Manager.
Your Mission:
• Oversee the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects and make note of deviations - additional costs / spending, disabilities and other
• Draft and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Be the first point of contact for contract queries
• Register and Submit claims
• Oversight of the time limits and ensure that delays are notifies and contractually adjusted
• Manage legal matters and coordinate with legal services
• Ensure warranty claims are adhered to
Your background:
• Proven experience in contract management of suppliers and subcontractors
• Training in construction or project management with a good understanding of contract law, or, legal training with a good understanding of construction and project management
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus
