For our client, an International firm within the Energy industry, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Contracts Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the contract portfolio, including end-to-end contract management
- Establsihisng contractual strategies and procedures
- Developing, drafting and reviewing legal contracts
- Monitoring and managing contractual risks
- Conducting contract briefings, provide advice in answering contractual questions and proactively assist with problem solving
- Participating in contract negotiations
- Providing contract support and guidance to contract team members
Education and Experience:
- Business or Law degree with an excellent academic track record
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management
- Good knowledge of the energy sector
- Knowledge of principles of construction contracts and conducting industrial projects
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Proficiency in English and Russian language
