Swisslinx is currently recruiting a Corporate Actions Specialist for a new project at a Financial Services client in Zurich. This position has an immediate start and will be a temporary assignment for the time being.
Your mission:
- Handle client instructions for Corporate Actions and local and international capital transactions
-Ensure securities transactions are allocated and consolidations of corresponding accounts are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance procedures are followed correctly
- Professional and proactive communication with Relationship Managers, Operation, Custodians and Clients
Your profile:
- Experience gained in Securities Operations/Corporate Actions/Banking Operations
- Strong attention o detail and team orientated working style
- Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous
- Availability to start a new position at short notice
