- Supervising and managing consistency and CRM execution
- Delivering an effective omni-channel experience to customers
- Testing new channels utilizing market insights and consumer experiences
- Managing and controlling the marketing business processes in the CRM system implementation
- Reporting directly to the Team Lead of Customer Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience of CRM system implementation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales performance improvement
- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Proactive attitude, strong communication skills and high creativity
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is an advantage
