The successful candidate will be part of a global pharmaceutical company. Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent IT Support specialist who will provide onsite support, install hardware, perform trainings and support the customers face to face in the IT welcome Zone.

The perfect candidate needs to have customer-facing experience in a similar environment and strong communication skills in German and English. Please do not apply if you don’t speak both language fluent.

Tasks and responsibilities include:
Participation at IT Welcome Zone providing onsite support, focused on Windows 10 and Google Suite
- Implementation of hardware, software and network component installations
- Progression of Incident and Request Management Tickets

Your CV should reflect the following experience:
- 3-5 years of similar experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Windows 10, Apple iOS knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in German and English is required, French a plus
- Experience in customer facing role
- Experience as a IT trainer a plus
